This Internet Privacy Policy describes the privacy policies applicable to HIGROWTH’s Internet web site, www.higrowth.ca .

Web Site Data Collection Practices
We collect some information about visitors indirectly through standard web logs, including IP address, what browser is being used (e.g., Netscape), and the domain name from which a visitor entered the site (e.g.,www.yourcompany.com).  We normally use this information in the aggregate to administer and improve our web site. Some data may be traceable to an individual, but we do not normally seek to identify individuals unless we believe that someone is using our site improperly.
Some existing customers come to our web site with IDs and passwords already assigned. Others who register at our web site are asked to provide standard contact information, such as name, mailing and email addresses, and telephone numbers.
Through our web site, we provide opportunities for users to transmit information. A user who agrees will be asked to provide contact information (e.g., name, mailing address, email address, telephone and fax number) that we will use to provide coordination about the content being transmitted.

Cookies
We sometimes use an Internet device called a cookie to store login or other information on your computer. A cookie is a small amount of information that a web site transfers to your computer's hard drive. We use cookies on higrowth.ca, to simplify your access and to tailor our services to your needs and interests. Most Internet browsers are set to accept cookies.

Use, Disclosure, and Choice
Personally-identifiable information is used and disclosed as described below.
HIGROWTH collects individually identifiable information from registered users to coordinate information transmitted, administer individual accounts, update HIGROWTH’s databases, provide customer support and meet government regulatory requirements. Users may contact us as necessary for these purposes. Registered users can choose whether to receive email updates about relative Research and Development Information, and we will honour the choices made.

HIGROWTH relies on various service providers and other contractors to support its Internet sites and HIGROWTH's business operations. HIGROWTH shares information with contractors who directly support the services and who only use the information on our behalf in accordance with this policy and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements in place. We require that recipients destroy or return any information when it is no longer needed. The third parties’ own privacy notices govern any information that they may collect.  We may also disclose information as appropriate to protect our web site or legal rights, or in connection with a sale or merger involving the HIGROWTH’s assets or businesses for which the information is maintained.
Any person included in the HGROWTH database may ask to be excluded from business lists licensed for marketing purposes.

Confidentiality and Security Safeguards
HIGROWTH takes technical, administrative and physical steps to protect against anticipated hazards such as unauthorized access to and disclosure of identifiable information. HIGROWTH does not store users personally-identifiable information on its web servers.
When transmitting information of a confidential nature, the user’s  Information will be confirmed as Confidential in writing by the user within thirty (30) days thereafter as being Confidential Information.

HIGROWTH agrees to use confidential information only for the purposes intended as set forth and to use reasonable care not to disclose confidential information to any third party unrelated in achieving business objectives, such care to be at least commensurate with the care exercised by HIGROWTH with respect to preserving HIGROWTH’s own confidential information.

HIGROWTH agrees to restrict access of Confidential information only to employees or contractors whose access is reasonable to carry out the purpose of conducting its proposed business objectives.

HIGROWTH shall not be liable for disclosure of information which is now, or publicly known, such as, but not limited to, information disclosed in patents or publications, though no violation of this Agreement.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting by implication, or otherwise, any licenses or rights under any patents, patents pending, copyrights or other legally protectable proprietary rights (present or future) of either user or HIGROWTH.

HIGROWTH makes no representations, extends no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and assumes no responsibilities whatsoever with respect to the adequacy, accuracy or utility of any information obtained from User.

Data Quality
Data quality is at the heart and soul of any successful information company. Working to ensure that data are up-to-date and accurate benefits the data subject and HIGROWTH. To help ensure quality data, HIGROWTH employs extensive measures, including direct contacts with businesses and quality review at both the point of collection and at the end of the data collection process.

Users may contact us.  To see or change an Internet registration record, or to be removed from the HIGROWTH database.
