HIGROWTH collects individually identifiable information from registered users to coordinate information transmitted, administer individual accounts, update HIGROWTH’s databases, provide customer support and meet government regulatory requirements.
Users may contact us as necessary for these purposes. Registered users can choose whether to receive email updates about relative Research and Development Information, and we will honour the choices made.
HIGROWTH relies on various service providers and other contractors to support its Internet sites and HIGROWTH’s business operations. When transmitting information of a confidential nature, the user’s Information will be confirmed as Confidential in writing by the user within thirty (30) days thereafter as being Confidential Information.
HIGROWTH agrees to use confidential information only for the purposes intended as set forth and to use reasonable care not to disclose confidential information to any third party unrelated in achieving business objectives, such care to be at least commensurate with the care exercised by HIGROWTH with respect to preserving HIGROWTH’s own confidential information.
HIGROWTH agrees to restrict access of Confidential information only to employees or contractors whose access is reasonable to carry out the purpose of conducting its proposed business objectives.
HIGROWTH shall not be liable for disclosure of information which is now, or publicly known, such as, but not limited to, information disclosed in patents or publications, though no violation of this Agreement.
Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as granting by implication, or otherwise, any licenses or rights under any patents, patents pending, copyrights or other legally protectable proprietary rights (present or future) of either user or HIGROWTH.
HIGROWTH makes no representations, extends no warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, and assumes no responsibilities whatsoever with respect to the adequacy, accuracy or utility of any information obtained from User.
